Following are available pick-up times for class supplies for enrolled students and kits purchased through our online Store.
These are NO CONTACT pick-ups: In compliance with the Governor's order, we are not allowed to have any in-person interactions with customers. Supplies and kits will be labeled with your last name and will be placed outside on a cart or in a bin near the Studio door during your selected pick-up window. If you arrive while another person is picking up your kit, please wait in your car or at a comfortable distance (>6 feet) until they are finished. If you have a question, please call the studio at 206-494-3354.
To schedule: Find the pick-up time you would like and click "schedule" in the far right column. You will be directed to log in, if needed. The pick-up schedule is being managed through our drop-in class scheduler. Please follow the instructions below:
For same-day pick-up: please email email@example.com and specify your desired pick-up time. If you do not receive a reply, please call the studio at 206-494-3354 before you come to pick up.
For enrolled students: Please do not schedule until you have been advised via email that supplies for your class are ready. Select the student or students you are picking up for. This allows pick-ups to be linked to class enrollments so we know which kits you are picking up. If picking up for multiple students, choose 'add another student' and you can schedule up to 3 students in a single step. When students have been added, click add to cart, and proceed to checkout. No payment is required.
For online store orders without a linked enrollment: You may schedule a pick-up when making a purchase by clicking on the supplies/kits tab after you have added your kit to your cart. You may select any child on your account, or you may add yourself as a student to arrange pickup.
