Our STEAM Academy program is not your average boring lecture-style class. Instead, we offer hands-on, project-based learning that encourages creativity and critical thinking through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics.
STEAM Academy is designed to bring science to life for students in grades Kindergarten through eight. With our exciting curriculum, your child will become a lifelong learner who is constantly investigating, exploring, and thinking critically about the world around them.
Approved OASIS & PEARL Providers
At STEAMboat Studio, we are proud to be approved OASIS (Options for Alternative Learning in Washington State) and PEARL (Program of Education and Academic Resources for Learning) providers.
As an approved provider, we offer our innovative STEAM curriculum to students who are enrolled in these state-funded programs. Our experienced and accredited teachers work tirelessly to provide a rewarding learning experience that meets the needs of each student, while also meeting state educational standards.
We are committed to providing the highest quality education possible to all students, and being an approved provider is just one of the many ways we strive to achieve that goal.
STEAM Academy Sessions
Each STEAM Academy session spans six weeks and includes one class per week. Our programs run throughout the school year and cover foundational STEAM topics through exploratory activities. Below are a few examples of concepts we have taught in past STEAM Academy sessions:

From their first STEAM Academy class, your child will begin developing a love of science that they can carry through the rest of their education.
Why STEAMboat Studio?
